This liquid filling machine can meet the need of various liquid’s automatic filling. The system can fill above or under the liquid surface. A specially designed gun device is easy to operate, fast to perfuse and precise to measure. It can also maximally avoid the residue drip when the filling is completed. It guarantees a safe environment and can fill into a variety of containers.
Function and characteristics
1. In the measurement process, it can make the whole process temperature tracking to the measurement media, density compensation, to make sure the measurement accuracy from media temperature change.
2.Making the direct quality measurement to the media, unit: kg , barreling on the train directly, without peeling, weighing, loading and discharging or other cumbersome process to the drums.
3.When we fill the tanks, we just need to enter the needed filling kilograms, press the start button, when it reach the target quantity, the pump will be stopped and the corresponding pipe will be closed automatically

8.Printing and viewing to the day and total accumulation
9.Combination filling gun with pressure control check valve, when the pumps starts, it open automatically, after the pump stops, it automatically shut down to ensure that the pipeline always maintain full
10.High-precision flow meter is to ensure that the measurement accuracy is better than 2 thousandths, actually loaded barrel ratio is one thousandth
11.Saving the manpower, a maximum of only two people can complete the filling, when we use remote start, only one person can complete the filling process.
